Eligibility for Returns:

  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetics unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned product and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at nithinp9200@gmail.com with a description and photos of the damage. We will offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened or used cosmetics
  • Gift cards

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be processed.
